If you feel hungry in the afternoon, you can enjoy a light snack such as fruit, nuts, or herbal tea.


Evening Routine (Sandhya Kaala):


The evening is a time for winding down and preparing for restful sleep. By following a calming evening routine, you can promote relaxation, soothe the nervous system, and prepare your body and mind for sleep.
